The Golden Knights acquired Patrick from the Philadelphia Flyers in July via a three-team deal with the Nashville Predators sending former Golden Knights forward Cody Glass to Nashville, and Predators defenseman Ryan Ellis to Philadelphia.

Patrick, 23, was the second overall pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, four picks before the Golden Knights selected Glass.

Patrick’s best season in the NHL came during the 2018-19 campaign.  The Canadian forward scored 13 goals and tallied 18 assists for 31 points in that season.

Patrick has played in 197 NHL games, all of which came with the Philadelphia Flyers. Patrick has recorded 30 goals and 40 assists for 70 points in his career thus far, averaging .35 points per game.
