UNLV students and alumni showed up this past Saturday November 16th for the rebels last homecoming game at Sam Boyd stadium. Despite two interceptions in favor of the REBEL’S and Kenyon Oblad’s 31-yard pass to Darren Woods Jr. giving UNLV a 7-0 lead in the first quarter. Hawaii would have two picks of their own including a pick six with 1:33 left in the third quarter for a 14-7 rainbow warriors lead. Hawaii came out with the win 21-7 leaving UNLV scoreless the rest of the game. Tony Sanchez gave his thoughts on the new young quarterback Kenyon Oblad and moving forward with the last two games of the season.
